STEAM ICAC
STEAM ICAC is a formal event and all attendees must dress appropriately (Business formal attire).
Teams must submit a hard-copy of their report to the judge upon entering the judging room. Teams must also present their innovation following the presentation guidelines; the model is not submitted.
All materials submitted at the STEAM ICAC become the property of the STEAM Innovation Challenge. The STEAM Innovation Challenge may use or allow affiliated partners to publish submitted material.
STAM ICAC is taking place at the Beeton Event Centre (789 Yonge Street, Toronto, M4W 2G8, ON) from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Participation
Teams cannot present their innovation digitally as some of the criteria require a real life model (see criteria). Teams may provide photos of thier digital model as part of the planning in the report.
Teams may chooose to create an app for part of their innovation. However, they must also have a physical component as some of the criterion require a real life model (see criteria).
The report must have the team’s planning/process as well as a conclusion on the final innovation.
Participants may participate individually or in teams of up to 4.
